What items are eligible for a refund?

Refunds are only available for damaged, defective, or missing products. A 360-degree unboxing video is required as proof.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Can I get a refund for an exchange?
